Yup, it's Wonder Woman! I am happy how this turned out, consider the short time it took.
I am going to be honest with you, and feel free to disagree with me, but I really dislike just about all the DC heroes. They are all the same. They don't have personalities, they are all invincible, and they are simply hard to get attached to.
Today I will talk about Wonder Woman. She was raised by an ancient greek amazonian all-female civilization, but does not look or act like it. It would have been interesting if she had some enmity towards men from how she was raised, since she is forced to work closely with them on a daily basis. That would have made her an interesting character. But no... no personality traits like all the others... Now let's look at her skills. She has super gauntlets that deflect bullets. That's cool, but what if they shoot her ankles? Has anyone tried that? She has a lasso of truth. Fits perfectly with her back story, as a magical lasso is very amazonian... and greek... oh wait, no it isn't... It does however fit perfectly with her INVISIBLE JET! I swear, they must have put random ideas on a dart board. But she is "The Girl" so she gets more attention than if she were a male hero with all her powers and similar story. Let's look at her original name: Wonder Woman. So... unoriginal... They could have had so much fun with this. Amazon names and Greek names can be super useful to copyright original characters, but no... the Woman of Wonder... She makes us wonder... because nothing about her makes sense I guess...
I will give credit to DC for making very interesting villains. They are unique and fascinating. The problem is, I get more attached to the villains than the actual heroes because of it.
Now don't get me wrong, I am being really biased about her. I like superhero stuff as much as the next nerd. There are good things about her too... like... her bust... uh... she has cool hair...
